Smoked Salmon Toast





  • 4 slices of toast bread (you can use any bread you have)

  • 2 oz smoked salmon , thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley

  • 1 garlic clove , crushed

  • 4 toast-sized lettuce leaves






In a small bowl , combine the olive oil with crushed garlic and parsley. Spread this mixture over bread and lightly toast.


Arrange lettuce leaves and smoked salmon slices on top. Serve as breakfast.
