Smoked Salmon Toast
4 slices of toast bread (you can use any bread you have)
2 oz smoked salmon , thinly sliced
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley
1 garlic clove , crushed
4 toast-sized lettuce leaves
In a small bowl , combine the olive oil with crushed garlic and parsley. Spread this mixture over bread and lightly toast.
Arrange lettuce leaves and smoked salmon slices on top. Serve as breakfast.
