Service Description

In this initial appointment I will gather information about your health and personal history, review your dietary preferences and health concerns, and assess your nutritional status. Also we will do a Body Composition Analysis test that provides detailed body composition analysis – weight, body fat percentage, fat mass, fat-free mass, resting metabolism, and hydration levels – all without the inconvenience of more intrusive traditional measurement methods. Together we will craft a personalized nutrition plan to start you on your path to greater health and vitality.
