Moroccan Breakfast Salad

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • ½ pear , sliced

  • 1 kiwi , peeled and sliced

  • Few cherry tomatoes , halved

  • ½ cup of wild berries

  • ½ cup of nut mix

  • ½ green bell pepper , sliced

 

 

METHOD

 

Whisk fresh lime juice , saffron , mustard , and honey with a fork

 

In a large bowl , combine the vegetables and add the dressing. Toss well to combine .
