I am a Nutritionist from Greece, with more than 10 years of concentrated experience in the Mediterranean Diet and exercise.

Throughout my career, I have helped countless of satisfied customers improve their dietary habits, reach their weight loss goal and improve their daily lifestyle to retain a healthier and stabilized metabolism.

In 2016, my passion for nutritional education and drive for success brought me to New York City in order to pursue my dream in helping more people who struggle maintaining a desirable silhouette.
